Today was the first day of school and I think the boys were ready to get back in a routine. For both the boys they got a cake on the first day of kindergarten. Garrett was excited to get a little surprise this morning. Colton wanted cinnamon rolls for breakfast, so I got up early and made them for him!!!
It's hard to believe Colton is in 3rd grade and Garrett in kindergarten, time goes so fast. Colton had school until 1:00PM and Garrett just had a open house today.
Colton with some of his buddies, he was glad to see everyone this morning. When I picked him up he said 3rd grade was the best one yet!!!!

Colton in his classroom getting all settled in for another great year. His teacher, Mrs Patterson seemed wonderful. After I picked him up after school we head to Carol's for a back to school treat.
Garrett looking too old. He really liked his teachers, they are the same two that Colton had and are a lot of fun. Garrett and I went out to lunch at Meathead's with his buddy from class to celebrate the start of the year.
